Essentiae est proche de Chiesa di San Giorgio. Plusieurs visiteurs ont remarqué que vous pouvez goûter un thon savoureux ici. La carte des vins est impressionnante, elle ravira tous les palais. Very unsatisfied of the food. For Italian standards it's well below par and overpriced. The service is bad and I got overcharged 3 times until the waiter put the correct receipt together.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Se nella frittura di pesce mi chiede perché non ci sono le patatine il signore non è molto abituato a frequentare ristoranti in italia, motivo per il quale non assorbiamo la critica in merito agli “standard” , che si discosta nettamente dai feedback che riceviamo di solito peraltro. Se pensava di mangiare in una tavola calda a prezzi fissi non è questa la giusta location signore! Enjoy your trip

A gem of a place - it feels very simple and local, but at the same time it’s quite special and sophisticated. Not a large variety, but still a good choice, and very tasty, too. Probably the best cod preparation I’ve ever tasted (it was really good! Something I’ve never expected from a cod). Quick and attentive service and great atmosphere. Bonus: they take reservations via The Fork, which is really convenient. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We just spent more than a wonderful night at Essentiae! We arrived with no high expectations because we knew it’s a touristic area, and well, we were delightfully surprised! The waiters are super nice and thoughtful (Simone proposed spontaneously to give us some good piece of advice about the area), you can feel they want to share their love for this place, and for fresh good products & food, they want you to have the best night, and we just had one that we won’t forget! I’m vegetarian and I knew it would be a challenge at the Italian seaside, but when I told him, the owner immediately proposed a tailor made menu, and it was tasty, generous, elaborated and really beautiful! Grazie mille, siamo tornati con le stelle negli occhi e un bellissimo ricordo in mente (e in pancia)! Vi auguriamo una lunga e bella aventura!
