Dear Guest, … Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Coffee Frappé. I am the owner of the café and would like to personally apologize for this mistake. We recently hired new staff as baristas, and it seems that an error was made during your visit, for which I sincerely apologize. Our Frappés are usually served in two variants: Greek style with an intense coffee flavor, and sweet. I regret that this was not your experience. I will be back on-site in two days and would love the opportunity to make it right. Please allow us to offer you a complimentary Frappé of your choice, and as a token of our apology, we would also like to give you one of our delicious homemade specialties as a gift.
