Est-ce possible de revoir le sel utilisé pour faire fondre la glace? Vous étendez beaucoup trop de sel bleu et c’est très nocif pour nos animaux s’il en mange ou sinon cela cause des brûlures chimiques. Il existe du sel exprès pour ne pas abimé les pattes des chiens. Il m’est impossible de fréquenter les commerces l’hiver. Mon chien marche et les pattes lui brulent.

L'endroit est très bien situé pour se rendre à différents endroits très aisément. J'aime mon condo et la vue sur Montréal. Il est agréable de vivre dans un endroit entièrement neuf. Les fenêtres et les balcons sont grands. De plus, le métro Montmorency est situé de l'autre côté de la rue. Aussi, il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité et la Place Bell avec des restaurants intéressants. Depuis quelques semaines, les travaux de construction avance rapidement. C'est très encourageant, je pense que ça va être vraiment un très bel endroit. De plus, il commence à y avoir des arbres et des fleurs. La piscine ouvrira cet été....Et j'espère que la cour centrale sera terminée aussi prochainement. Bienvenue à Cogir, merci de régler la situation pour l'ensemble des résidents. *Nous espérons tous que ça puisse bien fonctionner avec votre équipe administrative car nous demeurons ici. I have been a tenant at Espace Montmorency for a few months & sincerely I regret it, I can tell you that it is catastrophic; almost all the services advertised and paid for are still not offered, and it has nothing to do with everything they advertise in their advertising and their posts on social networks: Examples: - Barbecues announced and are no longer there, are almost October and they have just started to install them, so you have to have barbecues during the winter (photo attached - End of September 2023)!!!! (while they forbid you from having barbecues in the balconies). - Gym announced: Still empty without any machine (apart from some Bicycle and alter, empty like a desert)...for more than a year....(photo attached - End of September 2023). - Increasingly poor cleaning service: no follow-up, stains all over the hallway, waste that sometimes remains for weeks on the carpet without change. - the bad smells of trash coming out of the trash rooms into the hallway and elevators; full bins & garbage bags which remain for several days in front of the main entrance, (Photos attached – September 2023), and which we have requested for a week now, they tell you on the email: message sent to management, but behind no action taken and the dirt remains as it was.until this day (September 23, 2023). - Dog without the Owner who circulates alone in the colors of the floor and who presents danger and fear to everyone...., complaints made several times... - No light on the common terraces for over a year. - Poor quality of finish compared to the expensive price we pay - Central air conditioning with lots of noise in your home - No light or ventilation for the bathrooms/toilets - No contact with whom you can submit your complaints, apart from an email address behind which there is only one poor person and who cannot take any action..., and they give you no possibility of having a manager. - They want to do fire tests, they send you an email to tell you we are going to do incident tests over 5 days and we are going to enter your home without your agreement or an appointment made.., no details of time slot for the 5 days.. - No peace with the work, it looks like a construction site, they start the work even well before the regulated time, they start making construction noises at 6:15 a.m., 6:30 a.m.... I hope they wake up and take the necessary measures, otherwise we will all leave the Candos, little by little...no one will renew their lease...., besides fewer and fewer people who renew it....

Like many new buildings, finishing is the last step towards the end of construction and finally we can tell you that this step has been completed. You are right that over the last few months there has been some noise when the EM inner courtyard was able to be finalized. The work had been paused during 2023 and resumed this summer. They are finally finished. There is a plan in place to finalize common areas and optimize residual materials management. With the arrival of several new businesses in recent months, rest assured that the EM rental experience is only getting better.
