I always like to go Hotz , but in other locations not this one. I’m so disappointed and it’s the worst service I ever experienced. I just wanted to order a coffee and drink here. In the beginning, I went to the counter to make the order, where I was waiting for 10 mins no one came to me ( and I can see 2 ladies hide behind) Finally a lady came to me with an annoyed face , I said a coffee and drink here , she told me I need to get a table first then order at the table. Then I went to the table and sited there for more then 30 mins, no anyone came to me. So tell me how can I just simply order a coffee here ? If I’m already at the counter why can’t you just make the order for me? Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
