Les cuisines allemande et cuisine italienne créées par un chef grandiose sont magnifiques à cet endroit. Ce restaurant propose des fruits de mer délicieux. Un certain nombre de visiteurs soulignent que vous pouvez goûter un tiramisu délectable ici. Démarrez votre repas avec un vin délicieux. Essayez un expresso immense ici.
Un personnel efficace attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Si vous voulez profiter d'un service sympa, vous devriez aller à Erasmus BIO-fine-dining und BIO-Feinkost. C'est une bonne nouvelle pour les clients que ce lieu propose un prix démocratique. Vous trouverez une ambiance décontractée ici. Cet endroit est dans le guide Michelin et a obtenu 2 "couverts noirs" : les experts soulignent son très bon confort.

Since there was a rumor going around that Erasmus might close at the end of the year, we wanted to go there again. The reception was very friendly, the rooms seemed a bit dark at first, but the eye quickly gets used to it. Despite the large space, there was such an intimate atmosphere. The background noise was also very pleasantly quiet and there was no reverb amplification, which suited our friends who are hard of hearing. The service was excellent, very friendly, but choosing the dishes (since we didn't want a complete menu) was a bit difficult. It is arranged confusingly - the waiter pointed out to us that the starters were too small to fill us up. The whole meal is tailored to a menu sequence!! The food on offer was of high quality and was generally enjoyed by everyone. However, the potion sizes were really microscopic and therefore grossly overpriced. Also served a little too cold. To charge €46 for a measly chicken breast is a bit cheeky. A single salsify (!) was lost and naked. Also oxidized. Must be cleaned under running water... The wines were good and reasonably priced, but the Langhe Nebbiolo was strangely sprayed into the glass (the bottle was gassed to avoid oxygen contact) which was neither ecological nor pleasant. I know these devices, practical for preserving wine, but please without spraying!!! Or turn around briefly so that the guest doesn't see it... The bread served was again very clearly sized, the low-salt bread was tasteless, the baguette was better everywhere in France (sliced far too thin here!) and the olive oil was of the finest fruity quality. The clementine dessert was also really excellent. What bothered us the most was the ridiculously long waiting time, four of the six of us were served the first course after exactly 2 hours!!!! Those who only chose a starter were “already” after an hour and a half. Neither works at all. It should always be served at the table at the same time!!!!! So we won't be coming back any time soon, maybe if the concept changes next year because the restaurant is still open. Oh yes, the tablecloth and napkins were exceptionally beautiful. 2 of the guests (with fish/oyster) had gastrointestinal problems the next day. I was fine. You may be an expert (in your own words) on starred restaurants, and we don't even have a red star, but when it comes to manners, you could use a good etiquette refresher. Outstanding food (fabulous poached egg with potato foam and truffles) prepared with high-quality products in a feel-good atmosphere with very nice service - absolutely unique in Karlsruhe and therefore a clear recommendation! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
