I was really excited to try the food here because it looked so appetizing. I tried the Pane & Olio (Bread with oil) but it was so stale. I told the employee working behind the counter. She said it was supposed to be that way because it's toasted. I asked if I could exchange it for something that's not toasted and she said no, that they didn't have any more bread and that that's they way the bread is supposed to be served. I was disappointed that they didn't try to work with me. The food looks great, buy you'd be getting something that's been sitting there all day. Note, I went at 10pm.
