Last night my friends and I, after ten minutes of waiting, were accompanied to the table, not yet ready, where we immediately realized that the space was not suitable for the number of people present. Once seated, we waited another 40 minutes before someone came to take our orders, or at least bring us some water, while at the next table the customers, although they had arrived much later than us, were served first in everything. Also note the presence of chipped glasses. Given the presence of dim lights, communication between diners was not optimal; certainly turning on the hanging lights would have improved this aspect. The burgers ordered were good if it weren't for the bread, which was expected to be of better quality. The women's toilets were not functional. We were a group and we entered the room which had an informal atmosphere and was well furnished and welcoming. We each got a different sandwich. They weren't excellent, but still very good quality. What took the evening out of tune in my opinion was the service. We had booked and still waited for a table (it can fit, especially on a Saturday). Once the table is ready they seat us at two coupled tables and the space was not very comfortable for 7 people. Once seated, we had to wait 40 minutes (after several reminders) to order and in any case to order at least water and drinks, while other tables of people who arrived later had already taken their orders. It is certainly an informal place suitable for groups and for an evening of leisure. We eat well. Average prices. The service needs to be reviewed. I have always found it good but after the last experience I was a little disappointed, I ordered a chicken and the quality of the lettuce was not the best not to mention the tomato of which I was given only one slice, I attach photos, there I would like to point out that mine is a modification to a review I had previously done in which I had given 5 stars but after this response I won't even waste time since it called me a keyboard lion with the evidence of the photos, also leaving out the lettuce which may be different from the others but in a 10 euro sandwich a slice of tomato seems too small to me so I thank you for the compliment, this tells me a lot given my constructive review Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
