It's my first time here - I came for High Tea. The high tea was good but is on the high side. I hate my 7 year granddaughter with us - her cost was $26 . Service was great. Food was good - just wished theyd cut the crusts off the finger sandwiches. This is a cute place but could use some freshening up - everything looks a but tired. They offer other things - saw a couple of sandwiches go by that looked amazing- definitely not skimping on the meat! Service was good - kept my teapot full! Overall a nice place for a special lunch. You know you’re getting old when you closed down a tea shop!! We enjoyed our time here so much! The service is amazing! The tea is divine - so many to choose from AND served in vintage china!! The earl grey cream is absolutely yummy!! It was my birthday and I said the server could surprise me as to what dessert I had! Well this multi layer masterpiece was set before me! Raspberry cream cake! a must try if you go! The quiche and salad are delicious too! All the vintage china sprinkled around the shop! Super cute! Highly recommend!! Parking on first avenue can be a little tricky! Maybe have a google earth look around before you go. Enjoy! You won’t be disappointed. The English Tart is a local gem in the heart of Mission that provides a delightful place to have tea or lunch. Options for lunch are absolutely delicious, especially the quiche. With a range of teas to choose to accompany scrumptious dessert options from flapjacks to cakes. The atmosphere is charming and joyful with pleasant music playing in the background. Service is alays friendly and welcoming. It is undoubtedly one of my all time favourite places! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
