I’ve been filling up petrol at this garage for several years and never had problem with the people, but felt very disappointed today. The staff asked me to give him Extra money because he have exceeded the amount that I asked him to fill, at the same time he kept looking into my car like searching for money or something. It’s not about the Extra amount that I have to pay, but the way that he kept searching into my car making me feel very uncomfortable. Seems like he is new because I have only see him twice.

I had a breakdown with my vehicle on route to Germiston just before 6 pm and i am glad i had stopped at this Engen Garage. Subsequently everything had went wrong that day, my phone battery had died and my charger was not working in the vehicle. I usually am never the one to panic in a situation like this but i'd personally like to offer credit to Peter the manager of the station who assisted me with he's phone, advice and assurance. I managed to get hold of a colleague and I eventually repaired the vehicle. It might sound like trivial matter but i honestly was taken away by the assistance i had received from Peter. i know a lot of other service stations who usually aren't very helpful during these situations. It's always good to know there is still people that are extremely helpful and welcoming in the world we live in today. Thumbs up for Peter and he's entire team.
