For jackfruit burgers we use pure fruit with avocado and guacamole, for other burgers we will make sure that the patties stay in the oven longer. Unfortunately, we cannot resell water one-to-one, as the taxes in restaurants are significantly higher than for retail, as we “do not sell food, but services”. Unfortunately it is like that.
