Purchase 2 VIP tickets for the MADDIX evening on 7/10/2023 “Encore Luxembourg” you are making fun of people you are selling “VIP” seats with the biggest scam you have decided to close the floor reserved for VIPs because there were not enough tickets sold you slammed us into a small corner of the room which had nothing to do with a “VIP” place and what's more, this corner was accessible to those who didn't even have access everyone could enter you sell the place between other mentions: Vip Entrance, Vip Bar & Vip wc Big lie!!! We didn’t get any of that it’s a shame of you!!! And what's more, when I try to talk to one of the managers, he doesn't want to know anything... we may have to learn a little to talk to customers, dear sir... I would like to point out that it is not the question of VIP rates but above all the question of disrespect towards customers that bothered me the most..
