Rainy Friday in Milan. Traffic and tiredness. With some work colleagues we decided to start the weekend with a smile and there is nothing better than a visit to Empanar, a recently opened and welcoming place where we were welcomed with a smile and a menu of over twenty varieties of exquisite empanadas, both for the content and for the preparation and presentation. At the same time, drinks are served by a bartender who combines warmth and excellence. In the kitchen, a chef attentive to orders and ready to propose options. At the checkout, a young woman who never let her smile fade from the moment we entered until we were greeted at the exit. We will come back to visit them. Again and again.
