Excellent restaurant à conseiller! J'ai particulièrement apprécié les joues de porc (nourris aux châtaignes) et le bar de mer grillé à point.. Le chariot de desserts est également à couper le souffle. Bravo pour la présentation méticuleuse et soignée et les vins de qualité finement présentés. Bref : une cuisine savoureuse et pleine de surprises... Félicitations et... hâte de revenir !

Went to Ember's for dinner a week ago. To start with, it was certainly worth the effort, with hopefully some adjustments for the future. Friendly staff across the board. Here you can only take an 11 course meal with or without appropriate juices or wines. It started excellently with 3 appetizers and the dishes increased in style and taste in a crescendo, including a small show cooking where the salmon was also presented. This was the 8th dish and for me also the top of the evening, accompanied by bread, two types of spread and a herb plant, I have never been so enthusiastic about bread. TOP. Unfortunately, things went downhill after this for the last three dishes. The quail was completely lost (literally and figuratively) under the taste of the cabbage and it was not exactly the most beautiful presentation, our dessert with sea buckthorn berries was especially beautiful and also just too sour, which could have used more nuance. The last dish was tasty but actually visually unworthy of what the evening had already brought. Still a bit of a downer at the end. The adjusted wines were not that bad, but they were hardly adjusted. They all came from the same winery in Belgium except for one. If you want to use the Belgian stamp for drinks, you can do so with so many more than 1 winery. This seems to me to be a good deal mainly for the buyer, so it felt a bit easy rather than adjusted. I was looking at a corner and a bare wall with 1 screw hanging in it, a painting or the like would have been a more pleasant view. Light was also missing here. The chairs and table are hopefully temporary because they have just started at this location. Ultimately, everything can be a little more for this price category. A week ago we celebrated our civil wedding at Ember with about 30 friends and family. Extremely grateful that Ember was able to organize the event in such a short time. The restaurant was fully at our disposal, the menu was carefully prepared and very tasty, the wines and non-alcoholic drinks were also popular. The service was top notch.
