Great ambience. Very friendly service but unfortunately the prices are not justified. 30 EUR for 5 pieces of meat with a few noodles. And then still hungry. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Eliá Restaurant is a great little Greek restaurant located in a residential district south and west of the City Centre. As you walk into the restaurant it feels like a classy place. The decorum is Greek but not over the top or too stereotypical. The staff all speaks good English, and they have English menus. Our reservation was for 7pm and we were seated right away in a great table by the window. It was Easter Sunday, so we were given the regular menu and the special Easter menu. They have an assortment of gin drinks, but we went basic with just gin and tonic. It arrived in a super-sized glass with a nice garnish. Perfect, simple, and delicious. We ordered the appetizer sampler (listed as METRO) and WOW, it came out on a plate that was as long as the table! What a presentation. It had a sampling of ALL the appetizers on the menu. It was a great way to test out a little of everything. It was great but be careful, it is a lot of food! The lamb meals were the winners of the four. My meal, Pulled Arni was a special. It lacked flavor and was a strange purple color. I would not get it again. Overall, the experience was very nice. The service was perfect but for me the food (that I sampled) was not as good as I have had at other Greek restaurants. It is for that reason that I unfortunately must give this restaurant 4 stars.
