Beware, stay far away from this place at all costs. Sat down and ordered drinks and the waiter brought a cosmo and a bailey's Irish cream coffee. I asked what is this and he stated I ordered it. I asked how did you get a bailey's Irish cream coffee from a bottle of water, he then said sorry don't speak English well. I then asked the waiter I had in the morning to help us and he stated he was busy in another section. After this interaction it took 20 minutes for another waiter to come take our order. They then brought another cosmo and my cousins mojito. Both tasted like juice with no alcohol in them. They then brought our food 30 minutes later and as I'm eating my chicken wings, which are very messy, notice no napkins at all, I had to wipe my hands in my mask. Totally unacceptable. I then noticd the bartender has been wearing his mask below his mouth the whole time talking and making drinks with spit coming out of his mouth. In this period where Corona rates are extremely high in Serbia, this is disgusting and unacceptable behavior of a restaurant employee. I called the manager over and he stated he would take the drinks off the bill and stated he tells his employees to wear the mask properly but they work long hours and sometimes get tired of it. Again unacceptable and unprofessional working with the public and serving people. He seemed very unbothered. After he told the bartender to put his mask on properly, the bartender started giving me dirty looks and was telling all his coworkers, because as soon as they would finish talking they would look my way. Made my whole experience uncomfortable and ruined a night of dinner that should have been nice. I went to Etage the night before and they were so professional and attended to my every need and followed Covid19 protocol. ELEMENT seems to be very understaffed and doesn't care about COVID19 protocol nor of their employees spread it to customers. DISGUSTING behavior and attitude of all there.
