Dear nd v, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such detailed feedback. We want to offer a high-quality service and your feedback is very valuable to us. We have some further questions regarding the desserts and we also like to give more detailed feedback via E-Mail. For this reason, we need your e-mail address. Please send us an e-mail to [email protected]. For sustainability and quality reasons we do not use products that have arrived by air or do not fulfil our quality requirements. That means we prefer to use seasonal Swiss products instead of authentic products that have come a long way. Yes, true this results in Asian dishes that are not 100% authentic but – and this is important to us - more sustainable. Our number of guests has declined (due to home office). Therefore, we can no longer offer the same variety in the Terra as pre-Covid. The only thing not existing anymore is the vegetarian buffet. But with the Enjoy Green menu, we want to offer a possibility to eat vegetarian/vegan. A well-balanced meal always contains vegetables, carbohydrates, and protein. It is important to us, that our dishes contain a source of protein. If you do not wish to eat it, you can always tell us at the counter what you like or if you would like to replace certain food with something from the other menu. And of course, as a large restaurant, we do not want to contribute to producing food waste. So, we offer leftovers on the buffet. For the same reason, we also agreed together with Roche to have weekly changing offers on the Lago food counters instead of daily. We are delighted that you like our desserts. Our patisserie team has been consistent since 2021. Our recipes have not changed either. Please let us know what kind of desserts you are referring to. We are glad if you let us know via e-mail.
