From ordering to pickup, everything went smoothly. A great cake with good ingredients at a fair price. Very friendly and warm owner. You can also get delicious treats and coffee specialties on site to enjoy in the bright, clean and friendly cafe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Last Sunday (February 5th, 2023) we drove to Altlaatzen specifically to try out the Eiscafe Engel & Vedi, as it says big over the door. It ended in disappointment as there was literally one flavor of ice cream and that was vanilla. We drove on to Sarstedt and will not visit Engel & Vedi again.

Good afternoon, the ice cream season is starting soon. Unfortunately we don't have ice cream in winter because hardly anyone eats ice cream in winter. We don't produce the ice cream. You also have to look at the positive side. As written above the door, we offer fresh waffles with vanilla ice cream, cakes, hot and cold drinks. Another positive thing is that we are not closed over the winter, compared to all the other ice cream parlors.
