I asked the staff - no one could …Hello dear Mr. Ehlert, Since the overwhelming majority of our reviews are good, we would be very interested to know why you only gave us 2 stars. I asked the staff - no one could recall a recent complaint. We would like to know where we can improve further. (Although I also admit that between you, who give Rhodes Airport 5 stars and Freiburg Minster ONE, and us, there are probably very different ideas about aesthetics, ambience and taste.)
