I had the most abysmal experience at this restaurant possible...and I was there 5 seconds! The place is advertised as being open until 3:00 PM, but when I arrived at 2:05 PM on a Saturday, I was told by the staff that they weren’t seating anyone! I'm really hoping that this was told to anyone that would have come in after us not just because I'm a woman of color in St Catharines that walked in there with my white partner. To make matters worse, the restaurant was completely empty, and there was no indication that they weren’t accepting customers. I was able to walk into a nearby Sunset Grill just five minutes later, which was also advertised as open until 3:00 PM, and was seated immediately. It’s frustrating to see a business fail to live up to its advertised hours, especially when other places in the area are more than happy to accommodate customers. I’m left wondering if the owner or management even knows about the poor service and lack of professionalism their staff is providing. Running a business like this just doesn’t make sense, and I have no problem saying I'll never return here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
