Great spot. You can find some unique beers here. I suggest this place. Great service. Waiter was very polite and explained me the kinds of beers they serve. I will come again for sure as it's near my house. Price per person: ALL 1,500–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible customer service, rude behaviour and very insulting attitude. We arrived from the other part of the town just to have a beer (750ml bottle Blanche) and see the match. Ordered 1 bottle of our favourite beer from the fridge (several were available) and were waiting to be served. We had a guest as well which we took with us for a drink. As we were waiting the waiter came and told us that we could not have the beer that we ordered since all of them were reserved for some other clients that did not arrive yet. The place was all empty (no wander why) still we could not have our beer. This is a shame for people who run this business and a very bad example to treat the clients. We politely asked if we could have just one of them as we promised our guest, but the answer was a rude NO. This place does not deserve to have even a penny from our side, still we ordered another beer for our guest. We have been clients for long time, but this is the last time we come here. A place to avoid by all means!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

E mira do te ishte qe kjo pergjigje te ishte ne ang, por preferova ne shqip per te sqaruar te gjithe klientet qe jane Shqiptare.Se pari, dua tju falenderoj qe keni qene pjese si kliente e biznesit tone familjar,por perderisa jeni ndalur ne shume detaje ne kete review dua te ndaj dhe une anen tjeter te medaljes. Per arsye familjare im shoq, personi qe menaxhon lokalin tashme prej 15 vitesh, nuk e kishte te mundur te ishte aty ate dite kur ju keni ardhur, dhe per mbeshtetje duhet te isha une, bashkeshortja. Kamarieri ne menyre shume te kulturuar dhe aspak arrogante ju ka komunikuat se shishet ishin te revervuara per disa nga klientet tane qe duan te shijojne pjesen tjeter te lokalit qe eshte prive. Persa i perket pretendimit tuaj per komunikimin arrogant,ju nuk keni si ta dini kur ne tel foli zoteria qe ishte sebashku me ju,madje i kam dhene telefonin tim personal. Se dyti ju e pate qartazi qe shishja u hap dhe u servir me shampanjeren perkatese per ne pjesen tjeter te lokalit. Meqe ne pershkrimin tuaj pretendoni qe jeni kliente e rregullt e lokalit tone besoj se kaq gje nuk do ju shpetonte(pra qe lokali ka dy ambjente). Se fundi do ju lutesha qe perpara se te shkruani ndonje koment tjeter, te merrni me pare nese ju duhet sigurisht ndonje info per lokalin, stafin apo ambjentin , nese jo nga ne si menaxher te pakten nga miqte tuaj kliente te rregull prej shume vitesh.
