Deserves a 0/5 rating Ordered online in advance and came to pick up on scheduled time. Waited for 15 minutes in drive-thru. Indian staff was rude towards customer when asked about the online order. Customer proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes for the online order. Indian staff was impatient when handing out the order and is showing an irritated look. After handing in the drinks, Indian staff threw the straw inside customers car and walked out. There’s literally 5 people inside the fast food chain, I don’t understand why that staff was acting like I’m wasting her time? The food doesn’t taste like what it did before, the vegetables are overcooked and ran by people who doesn’t care about Japanese cuisine. I remember when a Japanese cook was actually in the kitchen and now it’s all run down by one nationality. Edo Japan, please screen the people who work for your food chain!
