Certainly more than a dinner it was a culinary journey that ranged from one corner of the world to another. An experience that I recommend to everyone who is lucky enough and has the opportunity to experience something exceptional. In a modern and luxurious but at the same time warm and welcoming environment where the choice of raw materials is of the highest quality and Chef Rolf is able, with great professionalism and knowledge, to transform it into a unique and difficult to repeat culinary experience.
