A disappointing experience at Eatrama restaurant in Mohammedia Looking for good couscous, as is traditional in Morocco, we decided to try our luck with Eatrama, chosen somewhat at random. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bad decision. If the couscous was passable, with well-worked semolina, the dish was sorely lacking in flavor: spices poorly dosed (or of poor quality) and an overall bland taste. The portion was correct, but without any real taste pleasure. The real problem came from the service. My wife, who had ordered chicken skewers, had to wait 20 minutes after I finished my couscous to be served. Despite our patience, we had to raise our voice for our dish to arrive. Meanwhile, I had to eat alone to prevent my couscous from getting cold, while she looked at me, which completely ruined the moment. The young waitress, who seemed to be on her own to handle everything, was doing her best with a smile, but she was clearly overwhelmed, between ordering, serving and cashing out. In summary: chaotic organization, tasteless dishes, and an experience that we do not wish to repeat. We will never set foot in Eatrama again. A disaster, quite simply.
