Came here with extremely low expectations due to the bad reviews, but it was better than expected. This is basically self service - you order and pay at the counter, then you get pinged when the food is ready. The burguer was actually delicious (the fries that came with it were quite bad though), the sandwich with eggplant and cheese was also good, and so were the grilled vegetables. I guess it depends on whether your get something that's cooked because you order it, or something that was precooked and just warmed up for you. The food was prepared quickly and the staff was polite. Prices were cheaper than what we were used to in any restaurant in Firenze (16€ burguer, 6.5€ grilled vegetales). For an airport restaurant I'd say it's actually good. For five stars it'd recommend the owners to always cook on order. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

What a disappointment as my first thing i ate in Italy. They heated up the pizza, yet somehow it was still very cold. Looks good, but looks are very deceiving. Not fresh. Try something else.

For an airport restaurant this place is great. It's very clean, well-designed, and serves fresh food. The service could be a bit friendlier, but overall not bad once you get their attention. At the bar you can order drinks as well as a meal without spending time in line. Compared to the airport restaurants we have in the US serving up ultra-processed, inedible, fried "food," which costs about as much as a car rental for a day, Eataly is a great place for a quick, or a long meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available on the menu.
