Imaginez-vous arrivant enfin à Eat & Smile après avoir visité St. Nicholas Church. Imaginez la combinaison d'un plat délicieux avec un personnel sympa, c'est exactement ce que ce fast food vous offre. Un service rapide est toujours un plaisir. D'aprés les visiteurs, il y a une atmosphère agréable dans Eat & Smile. Mais les utilisateurs de Google ont noté ce lieu et il n'a pas obtenu un score élevé.

Food was really good and fresh - maybe the chicken in the chicken shish was a bit spicier than I expected and the bulgur was not really enough to go with the dish but at least they taste nice. I was placed near someone else, so I had to share the table for a bit - this was not a problem for me but heads up in case you're not very sociable. The person that served us and the owner/manager where not really hospitable and the overall atmosphere was not great but if you're there just to quickly have something to eat that might not be so important. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

They should change the name of the place because the man who served me yesterday was really unpleasant and rude. I have a lot of respect for people who work in front of the public because I have been there too. I also understand that the place was very full and it is difficult to serve so many people, but I felt really bad about how they treated us. From the beginning the man was speaking badly and impatiently to us. We waited for our food for a long time and when we had it I realized that what I had ordered had cheese everywhere, on top and without being able to remove it, when I am lactose intolerant and obviously I did not order it with cheese. I explain to the man what happened and he tells me that yes, I have asked for that. I tell him again that I am intolerant and I have only ordered « potatoes, meat and salad » and he tells me that if I want it done again then I have to stand in line all over again, when I had already waited a long time and those who have committed the mistake has been them. He turns his back on me and starts talking to other customers without even wanting to talk to me and I insist that it is unfair for him to wait in line. He turns around and throws me a 10 euro bill, giving me my money back when what I wanted was to simply eat what I had ordered. Treating a person like this always seems very bad to me, but considering that in this case they almost made me sick and they couldn't even repair the mistake and serve me what I really ordered, it seems incredible to me. I imagine that they treat people like this every day because they know that they will always have demand from tourists, but I really hope that they reconsider because it is not right to treat people like that, whether you serve them or not.
