Updated on December 24 2024, I have taken the criticism in a positive way that is the reason I have asked/requested you to visit us in store to try our food there is no chance we have put the less meat like said earlier each order is portioned at 4-4.5 oz. I definitely care about my business as well as i do not take any responsibility for the delivery service. I have no idea what had happened to the food during the transit. In regard to food digestion i have no words to say Philly steak are one of the popular item and they have been served 20-25 each day if the freshness or halal meat or less meat was the issue then it would have happened to all other customers. Rest assured we still take criticism in a positive way and would like to invite you in store and show you the entire process of Philly steak and show how we keep portions of meat and hope to have a positive impact. Thank you very much for your feedback, we do not have control over any food delivery service you use to deliver food at your doorstep, they may have 1 order to deliver or may be 10 orders to deliver it before your order. When the hot food is placed in a close container then it will be soggy. we have 4-4.5 oz of meat portioned individually for each order, so no chance we have put less meat in your order. We truly need your support but before blaming our food quality please try out the food in store then judge our quality please.
