Maddy served me and my friends not to long ago and she made it such a fun pleasant experience. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review for a restaurant but my visit actually blew me away. Definitely go visit maddy and the staff there, they know how to make it a great dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Earls Kitchen + Bar in Langley As a regular customer of Earls Kitchen + Bar at the White Rock location, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit to the Langley branch. Upon arrival, I experienced a lack of acknowledgment from the staff, despite being clearly visible and waiting to be seated. The indifference and lack of greeting from the employees were concerning, especially given my previous positive experiences at other locations. When I was finally seated by a seemingly disinterested staff member, I hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, it only went downhill from there. Despite requesting that my order be served sequentially, all the dishes arrived at once, disrupting the flow of the meal. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet the standards I had come to expect from Earls. However, the most disappointing aspect of the visit was the attitude and behavior of the staff member who delivered the food. Not only did she fail to provide any information about the dishes, but her demeanor was also dismissive and unprofessional. As someone with over a decade of experience in management positions within the hospitality industry, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by the staff at Earls Kitchen + Bar in Langley. It is unacceptable for any establishment to allow such behavior towards customers, regardless of their background or mood.
