Last week I ordered the 6 oz Sirloin + Dynamite Roll. My order came with no dynamite rolls. Decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves tonight with the same order. My medium rare steak showed up way past well done, I might as well have been eating rubber. Clearly there is no care put into their take-out orders whatsoever. Edit: the restaurant reached out to make things right as you can see in the below response. Too bad they didn’t actually care to do so. As per their instructions I reached out via email on April 7th and got no response. Why offer if there isn’t a plan to follow through? I ordered a delivery for 9 people for an office lunch. I was emailed from doordash that they didn't have the mushroom pizza so I will be refunded. So now one person will be without their lunch. I would have liked Earls to contact me so I could have replaced it with something else. But instead I had to do a whole new delivery order with added delivery charges. I suggest you do better when you have an out of stock item and contact the customer so they can choose a different item.
