All prepared to rate the food a five after a superb main course, unfortunately the dessert was such a disappointment that we couldn't finish it. What really stood out was the poorest service I have experienced in a long time. Starting with the cold demeanor of the hostess and continuing through the meal with a server who was slow and would let us sit for extended periods. Felt like forever before we were asked to order and then sat with empty plates so long that we almost decided to skip dessert. Once we decided not to finish dessert we piled our napkins on top of the plate as a polite signal we had finished, and the server still passed us by four times until we finally called out to him so we could pay and leave. So disappointing at a restaurant that we usually enjoy immensely. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$70–80 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had the greatest time today at this Earls location. Tayler took care of us and she was really personable, we really enjoyed her service. We had the honour of chatting with the manager Conor, who also took great care of us and made us feel really comfortable. We had such a great talk! We celebrated something really special today, and I couldn’t be happier about the restaurant we chose. Highly recommend!
