Overall a very good place, but there are a few unpleasant moments that I cannot ignore. The reception staff communicate with each other, do not say hello or goodbye, for me this is not important, but there are people for whom this is important and they want attention from the staff. The waiter is a good guy, but he is completely unsure of himself. We were given a menu without informing us in advance about the availability of dishes on the “stop list”. I know very well that this issue is resolved in the morning, when the kitchen opens, the waiters must be informed about the absence of certain items, and they, in turn, must prepare the menu in advance (stickers, for example), or notes, so that they can immediately inform the client about the absence of the desired dish. This happened to us too; we were unlucky three times to choose a dish that was on the menu, but was not actually there. The last one was completely awkward for the waiter, because he assured us of its presence, and then returned from the kitchen and said that it was not there. The quality of the products and cooking is generally good, it takes a long time to serve, but we were in no hurry, so it’s not critical. However, I would like the employees to somehow resolve internal issues among themselves (kitchen and living room) without making excuses to the client and asking them to bring at least something, because they just want to eat.
