I really liked the lamb shank dish. The restaurant is super clean, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly! The price is really reasonable. My wife bought 2x dishes but ended up paying for 4x dishes by mistake. We discovered this 2 days later when we looked at the account. We had no receipt and we were actually not in a position to legally claim the money back. I called Duniya palace and explained the mistake to them, with little expectation that I would get the money back. I got hold of an employee who was simply so friendly and understanding. I explained the error and the employee replied "no problem, it can happen, come by when you have time and then you will get your money back". I stopped by Duniya palace the same day, explained that I only had an account statement, but no receipt, and the employee gave me the money back right away. It was really a family friendly and family trust based spirit you met and no prejudices. They could have easily refused to pay the money back, as my argument and "evidence" was poor, and they would have their good right to do so legally. But the understanding was so kind and heartwarming. They have never actually met me as we always order through Wolt so I was really surprised. We buy food from here regularly as the food is just so good and delicious. I give 5 stars for customer service and the food :-)
