We saw all the hype on YT and IG about this place, and given the high ratings on Google, decided to give it a go. To be completely honest, these were the saddest looking dumplings I’ve ever had. The dumplings were fried to death in shallow oil in a pan, and tasted mostly of dough and grease (look at the photos lol). For the same price, you can get a big bag of dumplings from T&T and cook it the same way at home. When we asked the owner if we received the wrong item or not (they legit looked deep fried), and questioned the “pan fried-style” they advertised, the male owner became rude and defensive towards us. We took a picture of their stall since we wanted to leave an honest Google review, so when he saw that we took photos, he became extremely hostile and threatening. He followed my partner into the main food hall, shouting in Mandarin as he went. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even a hungry homeless person. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely delicious! I honestly was blown away and wasn't expecting food from this little stall at Pacific Mall to be so exceptional. They're making the dumplings in front of you, so you can see the high level of skill. The staff are very friendly and kind. We ate our portion of mutton pan fried dumplings and they were so delicious that we went back for more to bring home to my family. My mother had already eaten by the time we arrived home, but after trying one, she just couldn't stop and she and my father finished all 8 I had brought. She said they taste like her childhood and reminded her of her own mother, who was known in her small town in China as an excellent cook. I think that's definitely a testament to the authenticity and deliciousness of Dumpling House dumplings! I'll definitely be back with the whole family. :).
