My wife waited for 1 HOUR and 20 MINUTES for one meal while there were no other customers. Food was below average and expensive. Poor customer service. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Mince and Cheese Tramezini

The food was mediocre I ordered the steak special but the steak was overcooked and had no flavour The service was HORRIBLE first they don't serve us then we have to go to the front desk and order there and they gave me a plastic cup instead of a mug and they give my food in a takeaway box because they never asked and they grabbed my card and just tapped it using the wrong payment method Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dulcé Cafe Gariep Medi Clinic Kimberley ken nie die betekenis van kliëntediens. Ek het by 2 geleenthede daar geëet terwyl ek n geliefde in die hospitaal bygestaan het. 1 keer omtrent 18 maande gelede. En weer vandag. 1ste keer was die koffie reeds effe afgekoel bedien. Beide kere was dit n eindelose gewag voor die kos eindelik by die tafel gekom het. My dogter het vandag 2 keer by die toonbank gevra of die kos bedien gaan word. Die kelners toon net eenvoudig geen lus of entoesiasme vir waarmee hulle besig is nie. 1ste keer het ek gekla, en niemand het eintlik geinteresseerd gelyk nie. Vandag is n spesiale aanbieding van vis en skyfies met n 500 ml koeldrank op die tafel geadverteer. Die kelner het n 440 ml koeldrank op die tafel neergesit met geen verduideliking, omgedraai en geloop. Met betaling van die rekening het ons aangedring om die koeldrank om te ruil vir n 500 ml. Dit is gedoen, steeds sonder enige verduideliking vir die optrede. Nee wat, hulle sien my nie weer. Sal eerder ietsie by die "vending machine" koop of ry en op n ander plek ondersteun.

Please note that most soft drinks come in 440ml bottles, it is primarily sugar-free soft drinks that come in 500ml bottles, so the selection of drink will determine the size of the bottle. All our promotional items come from head office, we have no control over that.
