Merci Mr Gagnaire pour mon premier restaurant post confinement. Merci pour ce menu dégustation et ces 17 plats et autant de saveurs, jamais je n'aurais osé marier autant d'ingrédients avec une telle précision et de finesses, chapeaux bas à toute votre équipe en cuisine et en salleJe compte bien revenir et enfin avoir avoir un belle établissement digne de ce nom à NîmesBien à vous

The magic happens of course we expect quality with 2 Michelin stars but this restaurant exceeds all our expectations. most sincere congratulations for a truly top team! This gourmet dinner is a wonderful culinary experience. Kindness, caring and attentive service. but beyond that, it was the taste surprises that delighted us! The 2 Chefs (who are not Pierre Gagniere) Masaki Nagao and Nicolas Fontaine, really deserve all the praise and trust of Chef Gagniere; for their creativity, their presentations and their culinary innovations. Lots of little suggestions, appetizers, and others, where we find excellent flavors, surprises, and taste! Hay-smoked guinea fowl with Kamado is a signature dish for us, an excellent surprise, which floods you and invades you with aromas of country scents. The eggplant caviar ravioli is also a delight that must be savored slowly, and so many other delights to discover which follow one another in a magical broom for the greatest pleasure of your eyes. We accepted the Caviar proposal which is also of very good quality, even if it is not the best we have tasted, accompanied by the salted butter churn, it is almost a sin. The desserts have nothing to envy of dinner, they arrive in groups of three, and we almost have no appetite left to taste them, but believe me, gluttony quickly takes over. A big thank you to François and a team who provide pleasure and search for flavors that will surprise more than one!
