The worst geassing I have had in my life , I’m a big traveler and I visit manny places in the world and in Italy , this is 100% the worst owner hotel act I had my all life , my family own a few hotels around the world and it’s been never so rude as this owner , he is insolent and threatens and speakes load to show off he is the boss , the roof top the owned in the top of the hotel it’s like a tourist trap, down stairs the coke cost 6 euro (also a lot but didn’t say anything) and upstairs it’s cost 10 Euro , I couldn’t believe what I sew when I got the bill , actually a tourist trap, they hide the soft drink menu somewhere in the app they qr code take u directly to the food menu and when u get the bill guess what ! Cocke cost 10 euro ! Same as full size pizza , the worst thing is their act when u say u cant accept that and when u ask for the refund the owner come and start argued with u that not his problem and taking load with rude attitude . I am highly recommend to not come and visit this hotel never in your all life , specially with this kind of attitude . Atmosphere: 1
