The service was not great. I tried asking a question about the ingredients and she just looked at me and didn't answer my question. She was also throwing blender lids into the sink from the lid machine. Bubble tea was still good.

They have the brown sugar bubble tea promotion going on so i bought all 4 kind. I have to say, the best one was the one with cream cheese! The japanese charcoal is essentially roasted milk tea. Overall, it was great! Service is always excellent at this location.

I have never been able to make it in person to this location of Dream Tea House, but I am so glad they now have delivery. The delivery took about an hour, but that was an accurate estimate according to Skip the Dishes. My drinks arrived safe and sound, cold and delicious. My favourite drink here is the signature Dream, with taro and coconut mixed with lychee jelly and tapioca. It's a refreshing, flavourful treat. I also ordered a basic milk tea with pearls and an iced coffee with condensed milk (basically, a Vietnamese coffee without having to wait for the drip, already mixed). Prices are reasonable for the size you get, and if you're willing to wait, definitely worth it.
