We take your comments very seriously. Regarding your order, you opted for an ice tea and our fried shrimp noodles, for which you were charged 14.10 euros. We note that you finished your dish despite your dissatisfaction, and we would have appreciated if you had informed us of this during your meal so that we could remedy it immediately. We would like to point out that at our establishment we welcome both returning guests and newcomers, and we always strive to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. We received no further reports of dissatisfaction that day, and we are delighted that all of our customers left satisfied. Regarding hygiene and food safety standards, we regularly carry out checks in collaboration with the LAREBRON laboratory, as well as daily temperature checks. In addition, our team benefits from extensive hygiene training.
