Great atmosphere! Service and drinks were good. Unfortunately not the food. What we had on our plate had nothing in common with the pictures on the menu. If the dish is described on the menu as “crispy baked” knuckle, I expect that to be on my plate. Instead I had to remove the rinds completely because they were completely mushy and not crispy at all. Overall, my knuckle was more like a cooked knuckle of pork. My companion's spareribs gave the impression that they had only been warmed up briefly in the oven. The bones were almost impossible to separate from the meat. The 250 gram steak from the second companion was smaller than all 200 gram steaks I have eaten in other restaurants. There were also a handful of pale fries that were almost raw. And the whole thing for just under €32, we had imagined it differently. Many rest stops do a better job with the other companions' schnitzels. Only cheese spaetzle and veal liver could meet the expectations of those ordering at our table. Tolles Ambiente, sehr schöne Karte. Es war total lecker, der Service war sehr aufmerksam und alles war ratzfatz auf dem Tisch. Ein dickes Lob an das Team der Dorfalm Lippstadt.
