It's surprising how some people expect everything to be done immediately for them. As a small food truck, we can only prepare a limited number of chips per time slot. Given how busy we can get, I cannot stress enough how important it is to pre-order to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also want to emphasize that our chips are hand-cut fresh every day, never frozen, which is why you may notice variations in their size.
