Hello Suzanne, I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your portion of chips. It’s disappointing that you chose to leave a 1-star review for a small business based on a single order of chips, rather than reaching out to us directly so we could resolve the issue for you. It's surprising how some people expect everything to be done immediately for them. As a small food truck, we can only prepare a limited number of chips per time slot. Given how busy we can get, I cannot stress enough how important it is to pre-order to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also want to emphasize that our chips are hand-cut fresh every day, never frozen, which is why you may notice variations in their size.
