The bruschetta is amazing! That day, the chef popped over to our table and gave us a brief rundown of what he had put onto our bruschetta as it changes according to local fresh ingredients. YES IT DOES!!!!!
What else to eat at Don Carlos? Everything. The pizzas are really worthwhile. The chicken is nyum! Just eat it all. And order a pina colada. They make fantastic ones.
Love this place and look forward to visiting it again when next I go home.
