I recently placed a delivery order at the Domino's Pizza located at 305 Niagara St in St. Catharines, ON, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, the delivery arrived late, which was inconvenient as it was already nighttime and the store was closing. This resulted in a rushed and poorly prepared pizza. Not only was the pizza poorly made, but it also had a negative impact on the health of my entire family. After consuming the pizza, we all suffered from severe diarrhea that lasted for two days. In fact, the ordeal even led to me developing hemorrhoids, which was incredibly distressing. The specific order I made was a 12" Hand Tossed pizza with hot peppers, pineapple, roasted red peppers, onions, extra pizza sauce, tomatoes, cheese, and oregano. While the toppings seemed appealing, the overall quality of the pizza was subpar, and the taste was underwhelming. Given the unpleasant experience and the subsequent health issues we faced, I strongly urge the management of this Domino's Pizza location to investigate the matter thoroughly. It is crucial for them to address the hygiene and food safety concerns that may have caused such an unfortunate outcome. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for Domino's Pizza and prompts them to take the necessary steps to improve their food quality, preparation, and overall customer experience. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations and hope to see positive changes in the future.
