Dear Dimitris, Thank you for your review. We ackonowledge your complaint via our call center, two emails and this review. We have listened to the recording of your order call and unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding from your side when placing the order with our agent. Despite the confusion, we agreed and informed you that we would replace 1 of the pizzas because of the inconvenience caused. We are sorry that you are not satisfied.
