We did this once we were certain that it was not a question of lateness but of absences. We understand your dissatisfaction which triggers your anger. You had a bad experience and we apologize. However, let us tell you that despite the problems encountered this evening, we have made every effort to deliver all orders, with a single delivery person, who has done very well to allow all our customers whose order has been validated, to have his pizza(s), despite my time, the stress and the lack of empathy of some who think that running a business is always easy. After all, you have to take responsibility, don’t you? Well, we accept that we sometimes make mistakes, that we are not perfect, that we take the risk of making our staff take vital risks on the road or in certain areas of the city. We are responsible for giving young people their first professional experience and putting them in front of certain clients who think that real life is like a computer application on which you just have to click to get what you want. We accept having to apologize even when we receive unworthy words from so-called "responsible" adults for a delay of a few minutes, or a more significant delay in your case. We assume to take it upon ourselves even when certain customers think that They would do much better than us if they were in our place since we are incapable in their eyes. We assume all of this and will continue to do so because 99% of our customers are human like us and know well that most of the time, we serve them or deliver them within reasonable times and that the vast majority of them come back with pleasure to taste our pizzas. We reiterate our apologies for the inconvenience you suffered which you had already reported by threatening a very bad comment on Google. It's done. It gave us the opportunity to expose the fact that we sometimes make mistakes, sometimes completely beyond our control, like this evening when we had 2 out of 3 delivery people absent1.More
