We are looking internally at how this could have happened. If you had contacted us about this immediately after receiving the pizza, we would most likely have sent a new pizza asap. However, you only informed us about this 2 hours after receipt, after the pizza had probably already been consumed. You have also forwarded 2 different complaints to us with some differences. On the phone you said we were 10 minutes late, here you say it was fifteen minutes. You also said that you had already ordered this at 3 p.m., and now it was apparently 4 p.m. (this information is of course not super important, but strange) Also, you said it was a little cold, and now it was freezing. Of course we do not doubt your complaint, but you are making it worse and worse / bigger and bigger every time, it seems. Of course it is still a shame that you did not receive a warm pizza. Once again our sincere apologies! We will do our utmost to serve you better in the future! Have a nice weekend!More
