Very dated but clean B&B. I ended up in room 103 where the strong bad smell from the shower drain invaded the whole room. Opening the windows (without mosquito nets) to change the air contributed to the mass entry of mosquitoes and various insects with imaginable consequences!! Since it was a shower ARRANGEMENTED even for disabled people, as soon as I finished taking a shower the water had invaded the whole bathroom! There are no soap dispensers in the bathroom, the soap bottles present are "mignon". Breakfast is the strong point of the structure, a top-notch cunzato bread and freshly baked desserts every morning. It has internal parking and a tree-lined area of land. Not far from San Vito. It should be improved a little.
