I just have one note to ask him, if his rating is 2 he must give a 2 review, my company has an average of 4.4 stars and if he rates it 2, he must at least justify it, in the review he talks about excellence and therefore a probable 5 stars , we don't have the presumption of excellence but we work hard not to disappoint you, it demands excellence and doesn't even try to be a little coherent in the evaluation/review... commitment is needed from everyone.
