I really enjoyed my visit here today. I react to MSG and was a little unnerved by some of the comments, but I was fine with the Eel stone bowl.

I came here only because I work in the area. If you like MSG, this place is for you.If you like inauthentic Korean food, this place is for you.I often see the mess of their back kitchen when I walk in the back. Cooked food is left in buckets on the ground.. workers sitting on empty milk crates peeling carrots and potatoes.

Many of our company's staff and my personal colleagues have been long- time patrons of the Vic Hong Vietnamese restaurant which is no longer and has since been replaced Doh Won Korean BBQ establishment. Being that Vic Hong was convenient located and the food was outstanding a group of us decided upon trying out the Doh Won Korean BBQ restaurant. If the food and service is great this could possibly turnout to be our new lunch gathering spot. Upon arrival to this establishment with my colleagues not too far behind in tail, I went into the restaurant with the planned intention of securing seating for my group who had not yet arrived only to met by a female staff clerk at the front cash who said absolutely nothing by way of a greeting, a salutation but chose rather to stared into face which I found to be absolutely impolite and ill-mannered. I am of the school of thought that it common practice as a retailer or restaurateur to always properly greet your customers. I take it this staff member did not receive the memo. Regardless of this lack in customer service I extending a greeting to the staff member in return the only reply I received was a question as to whether I was dinning in or taking out. With that I took one of the take out brochures browsed through it and also shared this negative occurrence with the others who had since arrived in our group and then collectively decided we would opt out of dinning at this established now and in the near future. With the fierce competition out there among other restaurants and the age of the internet to share both good and bad experiences it is important that restaurateurs are on their toes and treat customers accordingly and professionally. I hope by sharing this feedback of my experience it will educate others in making a well informed decision before hand.Thank you
