We're upset to hear you didn't make it in to actually try one of our teas. We do commit to our posted hours, but it sounds like our schedules haven't aligned. It was actually 4 hours before our posted opening time when you left your review. We always appreciate constructive feedback. We do have a hard time using some when it mentions being basic or needing to be cleaner, after first stating you've never been inside the store. We have noticed an update to your review, which leaves us confused due to contradictory information. Leaving us uncertain of your intentions. We do have the right to defend ourselves to negative feedback when it doesn't seem to come from a constructive place. We always appreciate helpful but avoid hurtful.
