Ordered Mesahb and Chicken pieces, it was clean and tender, however I couldn’t feel the spices in the non spicy items. The only concern there, the workers - they are so loud, fighting together and calling each other loudly also I asked for salt, the girl on the cashier gave to me some salt in a tissue, which is not hygienic , also they forgot to add gloves in the tray and I had to pick it up by myself Overall experience good, but they new to focus on these details Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: E£200–300 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
The food itself was really nice, but I had to wait 45 minutes to get my order when the estimated time was 10 minutes, and they apparently forgot about my order because when the fries finally came that they took as a reason for all this latency, i found out they had already delivered 8 orders after mine and didn't even have my order registered on the system. So I don’t know from where to start , but there was 3 things 2 are really bad & one good .. we tried Dijaja for the first time days ago , so from the beginning of the experience we found that infront of the door of the restaurant street kids who is setting saying bad words to people entering the place and i guess this is the restaurant responsibility that not to have these kinds around cause this will affect the restaurant reputation cause we found Arab people coming not only egyptians so it’s not good to be the image of the restaurant like this , second we went in to order we found that there were already some problems with delivery guys from talabat and people who orderd from pickup and even the staff but i can relate this bc they recently opened so their might be some un arranged things but i hope they fix this as soon as possible & mow to the good thing the food was really good we ordered Grilled & fried chicken both have it’s spices and seasoned really well we enjoyed the chicken, sauces and the fries are really near to Macdonalda taste i hope they continue in the same way last thing order took a bit long time to come out around 45 mins but the staff were really friendly and cheerful Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: E£300–400 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
