Hello Presley, Firstly, let me apologize for the terrible order of nachos you received. I have spoken wtih my business partner, and he assured me he opened a fresh bag of chips for this order, and also the salsa and ingredients were freshly prepped. I am at a loss to explain why the taste was 'horrific', regardless, we'd like to offer you a remake, or a credit for anything else you'd like on our menu, or a full refund, your choice. Simply call the store during regular business hours, or contact us through the form on our website and let us know your preference, and we'll take care of that. Secondly, thank you for the compliment on our pizzas, we strive to make all our menu items exclusively with top quality ingredients, and I'm glad to hear the pizzas are tops for you and your husband.
