However, allow me to clarify a few points: Buffet: Our buffet included a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including fin de clair oysters, shrimp, prime rib of Bavarian Forest beef, Ikarimi salmon, herring, various starters and salads as well as a crepe station and a diverse selection of desserts. These dishes were expressly praised by many guests and were by no means described as “cheap”. The buffet was regularly replenished until 9:30 p.m. and desserts were available until 10:30 p.m. Entertainment: We communicated clearly in advance that it would be a stylish evening with live music. We're sorry that the band didn't meet your personal taste. The musicians did their best to create a pleasant atmosphere. Drinks and included services: As advertised on our event page, the entry price was calculated exclusively for the buffet and the event. Drinks were not included in the price and this was clearly communicated in advance. Your late entry: The evening started at 6:30 p.m. and the buffet opened at 7:00 p.m. It is unfortunate if you arrived late as the buffet was continuously replenished for guests in attendance. We still take your criticism seriously and regret that you found the evening so negative. At the same time, we would like to point out that we have received very positive feedback from many guests and that we already have numerous advance reservations for next year.
